Meet our people

For the past twenty years I have lived in Australia, Vietnam, Thailand and China, working extensively throughout the region and further abroad into India, the Middle East and Europe.

Being an entrepreneur at heart, along with having a commercially astute sense of reality when it comes to the complexity of creating a successful brand, there is a healthy dose of experience and optimism that is brought to every new challenge.

Fuelling the adventure is my love of coffee; sourcing Single Estate beans from Vietnam and roasting, grinding, brewing and eternally hoping that the next espresso will be just that little better than the last.

With over 20 years’ experience in the branding industry, I have a passion for ideas-driven design and a great breadth of knowledge and experience.

Name a category and I have probably worked on it, from beverages to banking, food to pharma, shopper marketing to innovation – both locally and globally.

I love the challenge of expressing a brand’s promise across packaging and identity projects. Creating ‘smile in the mind’ moments of engagement between brands and their audiences. I enjoy nothing more than seeing a beautifully simple idea beautifully executed.

Outside the studio, time is spent with my family and friends. Good food, good wine and good conversations.

After 12 years in advertising across Leo Burnett and Y&R, I fell in love with the world of consumer branding and have been passionately dedicated to it since 2000.

I have lived and worked in Latin America, North America, Europe and Asia.  Fluent in English, Spanish and French with a good dose of Italian and Portuguese.

A strong believer in the amazing power of design and how it creates meaningful connections with people all over the world, having a special interest in the timelessness of human emotions and how they compel us to create brands with a real purpose.

Born in Argentina and a world citizen. A huge fan of rugby, music, great food and even better wine.

12 years of experience with various branding and design firms in India has led me to become a passionate brand thinker and believer in the power of design.

With a Masters in Communication from RMIT, Melbourne, I am experienced at managing the India offices of international design firms like pi global and Blue Marlin. I thrive in growing businesses by leading from the front and providing a hands on approach to planning and executing a wide variety of design projects from branding and packaging to motion graphics and structure across categories and brands.

When not at work I can be found testing my endurance at a Crossfit box or pursuing adventure travel in some remote part of the globe in search of the perfect sunset with the best Gin in town.

A one trick pony I’ve been painting and drawing since Kindergarten back in the heartlands of the UK. After 30 years in design I often remind myself how lucky I am to be working in a business where we can make a living doing what we enjoy! A business where every day brings it’s own unique challengers to wrangle and no two days are alike. The excitement when you think you’ve found a great solution to a problem and the satisfaction when that turns out to be true.

Like most people I’ve become glued to a screen for large parts of the day so it’s great to get away from the digital world and go full circle back to where it all began with real paints and pencils making marks while looking at the natural world. Hard to beat!

I have been designing for the commercial world for more than 18 years, in which time I have been described as both ‘visionary’ and a ‘digital guru’.

I manage across both design consultation and production to make sure that your project is in good hands at every step. I genuinely believe that a successful digital strategy and design piece needs to be centred on a brilliant idea. Most importantly, I know what works.

I’ve worked with a diverse range of industries in brand development and multimedia for companies such as Alzheimer’s Australia, Suzuki, BMW, St Vincent de Paul Society, Dolce & Gabbana and Fiat.

I’ve worked in the brand design world for well over 25 years, initially as a graphic designer then agency creative director, before moving over to the ‘dark arts’ of brand strategy, brand extension and agency business development. However, my passion for great design and strategic creative problem solving has been a constant throughout my life and informs everything that I do – in business and in pleasure.

I’ve had the great fortune of working on many leading brands around the world across multiple sectors – Consumer, Corporate, Entertainment, Lifestyle, FMCG and Retail Brands and even four back-to-back Olympic Games which provided me the opportunity to work in the USA, Europe, Middle East and China and travel around the world.

I relish a challenge and will always look for the intangible assets of a brand that can be leveraged into new creative form and new revenue streams.
